Contact us as soon as possible. Because made-to-order cabinetry is produced specifically for your project, changes may not be possible once production has started.

Our made-to-order cabinetry is available with White Melamine or Plywood cabinet boxes. Both are frameless construction and designed to coordinate with your selected doors and finishes.

Our made-to-order cabinetry uses 3/4-inch frameless cabinet construction. In-stock cabinetry may be available in both frameless and framed collections depending on the selected line.

Assembly availability depends on the cabinetry collection and the options selected when ordering. Where available, you can choose Ready to Assemble or Assembled.

Our made-to-order collection includes a range of slab, Shaker and decorative profiles. Available finishes depend on the selected door style.

No. Certain materials and finishes are only available with compatible door profiles. The ordering tool will show the finish options available for the door style you select.

Yes. Screen colours can vary, so we recommend reviewing a physical finish sample in your space before making your final selection.

Paint matches are approximate references only. Always compare physical samples before selecting coordinating wall paint, trim or other finishes.

Our IKEA Retrofit collection is designed for IKEA SEKTION cabinet sizes. Choose from the available IKEA-compatible door, drawer front, cover panel, filler and toe-kick sizes.

Yes. Upload your IKEA kitchen plan through our IKEA Plan Quote page and we can use it to help prepare a personalized front order.

Yes. IKEA Standard Hinge Boring is available for compatible doors, or you can select No Boring where offered.

Made-to-order cabinetry provides a broader selection of door styles, finishes and cabinet options. In-stock cabinetry uses predefined collections, colours and standard sizes and is intended for customers looking for a faster, more budget-conscious option.

Our In-Stock selection may include both Modern Frameless and Traditional Framed cabinetry. Available styles, colours and cabinet sizes vary by collection.

Our standard made-to-order lead time is approximately 3–4 weeks. Timing can vary depending on the project, materials and order volume.

We recommend avoiding firm installation dates until your cabinetry has arrived and the order has been checked. Project and delivery timelines can occasionally change.

Delivery options and pricing depend on your location and order. Available delivery options will be confirmed for your project.

Unless specifically stated in your quote or order, cabinetry pricing does not include installation. Installation should be planned separately.

Yes. Your cabinetry can be installed by a qualified cabinet installer or contractor familiar with frameless or framed cabinetry, depending on the collection purchased.

Yes. We recommend ordering samples before committing to your cabinetry finish so you can view the colour and texture in your own lighting.

Made-to-order and custom-sized products are produced specifically for your project and may not be eligible for return. Please review the applicable return policy before ordering.

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if you notice damage, missing pieces or an incorrect item. Keep the packaging and take clear photos so we can review the issue.
