How Kabinets came to be.
Built from years of hands-on experience, from Lebanon to independent design work in Canada and the opening of the showroom in 2019.
Where it started.
Imad’s experience in cabinetry began in Lebanon, where he developed an understanding of kitchen design, cabinetry, materials and the details that turn a design into a finished space.
Building experience independently.
After moving to Canada, Imad continued working independently for years, designing kitchens and working directly with homeowners. Those years gave him firsthand experience with what clients actually want from the cabinetry process — more choice, better guidance and fewer complications.
The showroom opens.
In 2019, Imad opened his showroom, creating a space where clients could see finishes, explore cabinetry options and work through their kitchen designs in person.
Years of designing real kitchens.
Project by project, the business grew. Working closely with homeowners also made one thing increasingly clear: the traditional cabinetry buying process could be simpler, more transparent and give customers more control.
Kabinets takes shape.
That experience became the foundation for Kabinets — a cabinetry brand designed to combine the flexibility and look of custom cabinetry with a much easier way to explore, design and order.
